1. Introduction

Welcome to mahavastar.com. This website is operated by MahaVastar, a Private Ministerial Association (“PMA”). By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on the site.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Private Membership Notice

All services, sacraments, ceremonies, and offerings available through this site are provided exclusively to members of our Private Ministerial Association. By registering or purchasing, you acknowledge that you are entering into a private membership agreement and not a public consumer contract.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to become a member or purchase services. By joining or participating, you affirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Membership & Access

Membership grants access to private educational, spiritual, and sacramental services.
Memberships are non-transferable.
The PMA reserves the right to deny or revoke membership if guidelines are not upheld.

5. Sacramental & Spiritual Offerings

All products, ceremonies, and services offered through MahaVastar, Maha Mushrooms, Chakra Chocolates, InnerLight Ascension Guidance, and the Church of Entheogens are provided for spiritual, educational, and ministerial purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical or psychological care.

6. Payments & Donations

Fees and donations must be made through the approved payment portal.
All contributions are considered private member donations.
Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

MahaVastar and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services or use of sacraments. Members participate at their own risk.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

All member information is kept private within the Association and will not be shared publicly without consent, except as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, texts, images, and content on this website are the property of MahaVastar and its affiliates unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

10. Amendments

MahaVastar reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site and services indicates acceptance of any revisions.

11. Governing Law

As a Private Ministerial Association, all matters are governed internally by our ecclesiastical law and member agreements, not by public jurisdiction.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Private Membership Notice

All purchases, contributions, and offerings made through MahaVastar are conducted under the framework of our Private Ministerial Association (PMA). By participating, you acknowledge that you are entering into a private membership transaction, not a public consumer sale.

2. Sacramental & Spiritual Services

Contributions for ceremonies, sacraments, and spiritual services are considered member donations and are therefore non-refundable once the service has been scheduled or received.
If you cannot attend a scheduled ceremony, we may allow a credit or reschedule on a case-by-case basis.

3. Physical Products (Maha Mushrooms, Chakra Chocolates, etc.)

Due to the sacred and consumable nature of our offerings, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will provide a replacement or store credit.

4. Digital Products & Membership Access

Digital courses, guidance sessions, and membership fees are non-refundable once accessed.
If you experience technical issues, our team will work to ensure proper access or provide a credit.

5. Exceptions

Refunds or credits may be granted in rare circumstances at the sole discretion of MahaVastar. These exceptions will always honor the integrity of the medicine, the member community, and the Association’s guidelines.
